Fresh Grilled Sardines
Ingredients:
Fresh Sardines (approx. 6-8 per person)
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
Heat the stovetop grill.
Brush cleaned sardines (head intact) with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Grill a minute or two on each side.
Serve with roasted new potatoes and roasted peppers.
